Lauren is a gem of a real estate agent. She was excellent in all aspects as she assisted us in finding a home for us to provide to our son. We started looking for a home and within a few days she had found one. We made an offer based on her recommendation and the seller accepted it! Lauren then gave us numerous ideas of changes we could make to improve the value of the house. We implemented many of them and know that the house is now worth much more than we paid for it this past spring. We are very, very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Lauren.
