I was lucky to work with Lauren. Her goal is serving her customer’s best interest and providing satisfaction. She is knowledgable in all aspects, patient, and happy to help. I was looking to buy a house, but she also suggested the option of building a new house. I really liked the idea of having my own brand new house. She showed me some lots and house plans. When I decided on a lot and plan, she helped me with all stages from signing the contract with the builder, through getting the key to the house. It took about 4 months. Even after I moved into my new house she answered my questions and I have her support. I strongly recommend Lauren.

Lauren is a gem of a real estate agent. She was excellent in all aspects as she assisted us in finding a home for us to provide to our son. We started looking for a home and within a few days she had found one. We made an offer based on her recommendation and the seller accepted it! Lauren then gave us numerous ideas of changes we could make to improve the value of the house. We implemented many of them and know that the house is now worth much more than we paid for it this past spring. We are very, very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Lauren. There isn’t anyone else we would work with if we are ever in the market again.

Not only did Lauren familiarize is with the area, from school districts to local activities, but she shifted gears when our plans changed from buying right away to needing a short-term apartment in the interim. She reached out to local contacts to help us find the best possible landing place, however temporary, as was wonderful at maintaining contact to see when we would be ready to move forward.
